How do I register/login to the site?

New users will have their credentials reviewed within 24 hours of registration. Once approved you will be added to a discount group based on your Company/e-mail domain.  


How do I change my password?

Under “Your Account Details” on the “My Account” page: https://shop.melrosemac.com/account.php?action=account_details



Do I earn any reward points for purchase?  

Not currently, but there is something in the works.


How much discount do I get? Is it a percentage on the market price of the product?

$25-$300 off Apple computers

Up to 15% off GoPro, Beats, Bose and Wacom plus many more

20% iPhone/iPad cases and accessories

10% off display monitors from Dell, HP, Samsung and LG

10-15% off Pro Audio from Apogee, Genelec and M-Audio 


Is it possible to request for a price match with reputed stores?

Yes! However, sometimes big box retailers purchase specific products in such large numbers that it’s hard but we will always try.


How do I cancel an order once it is placed?

E-mail william@melrosemac.com or call 323-937-4600 x 230. Keep in mind at that point your card has already been authorized and it typically takes 3 business days to process a refund credit to account. 


Is it possible to request for a price match and then request for employee discount percentage on that price?

Yes, we can always try. The only exclusion would be Apple computers.


How do the discounts work?  

They often change  - so check back frequently based on manufacturer and reseller available discounts.


What if I do not receive a confirmation email after a purchase

The details of your order will be located on the “My Account” page. Order status and tracking information will be updated there as it becomes available. If you do not see your order on the “My Account” page contact william@melrosemac.com or call 323-937-4600 x 230.


Do all my purchases come with regular manufacturer warranty?

Yes, unless noted otherwise. 


Is it possible to purchase additional manufacturer warranty during purchase?

Yes. We offer deeply discounted Applecare for any Apple computer or iOS device sold thru MelroseMAC



What is the returns timeline?

Returns are accepted within 14 days.


Is there any fee for return items? 

Open items require 15% re-stocking fee


Any exceptions for return items?

No returns on headphones and earbuds unless DOA (Dead on Arrival)

Open hard drives are generally not accepted unless DOA


Do I need to pay shipping cost for my returns?

MelroseMAC will provide a return shipping label at no cost to customer.


Do I need to pay re-stocking fee if the items stops functioning within the 14 day period.

If the item stops functioning in the first 14 days due to a manufacturer defect then no, you would not pay a re-stocking fee. 


If the purchased item stops functioning within the 14 day period, will I receive a replacement.

Yes. However after 14 days all replacements would need to be furnished thru the manufactures warranty. (That said, there are always exceptions on a case by case basis)



How much do I pay for shipping

$5 flat rate shipping to the continental United States via USPS. There is no international or expedited option available at this time. 


Is it possible to ship my orders to PO Box or to my office address?

Orders must be shipped to a private residence. Nothing can be shipped to the NBC corporate addresses. No PO BOX either. 

Orders over $100 will require a signature for delivery.


Will I be provided with shipping details once my order is placed?

Shipping details are updated as they become available on the “My Account” page https://shop.melrosemac.com/account.php
